How many sessions do I need?
In general most people need 4-6 sessions. Sometimes one session might be enough to get the tools you need in the moment, someone else might need ten sessions to reach the set goals. The most important is, that I want you to become independent. My goal is not, to keep you as my client as long as I can, but to help you see, that you have all resources and answers already within you and to give you the tools, to walk your own way.

How much does a coaching session cost?
I want everyone to be able to have access to my work. Therefor my prices depend on your income. Please check out the prices in the footer of this website.
Are your coaching sessions online or in person?
Both is possible. We will figure out what works best for you. I am mostly based in Berlin and Stockholm, so these would be the two cities where you can book in person sessions.
Can I bring my partner to one of my sessions?
Yes, totally. But you should decide quite early on, if this is meant to be a couples coaching or an individual coaching, which you want to invite your partner to for one of the sessions. Turning an 1:1 coaching into a couples coaching is not possible, as there will be an imbalance in information otherwise. So please keep that in mind.
